Greys Residential Home currently has a food hygiene rating of 4. This was awarded on Wednesday 27th March 2024 by Woking Borough Council.

The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.
A new SFBB document was completed and this was sent via email to the inspector on the 28/03/24.
The Care Home supplement was available for review by the inspector.
Additional awareness of the SFBB and where to find it has been communicated to the wider staffing team.
The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because the initial inspection was undertaken prior to the Easter bank holiday and outside of normal office hours for the Chef.
The historical SFBB document was seen at the 2023 inspection however was not readily available for the inspector at the time. The Care Home supplement was available for review by the inspector.
At the time of the inspection on the 27th March 2024 the kitchen was being managed by HealthCare assistants who have completed the appropriate food hygiene training however did not have working knowledge of the SFBB document and its contents.
