“Following the inspection, we have immediately and effectively addressed all the issues raised by the FSA inspectors, with the major issue addressed already during the inspection.
We have improved our food hygiene and safety procedures, solved problems with structural requirements, and improved management and control procedures.
To further emphasise our commitment to providing our customers with tasty and safe food, we implemented additional measures across all 3 categories following an internal, as well as external food safety audit.
We believe that we currently exceed the industry standards in terms of Food Safety procedures and are eagerly awaiting another inspection to re-assess our food hygiene rating.”
