The establishment has replied:

All fridge seals replaced on every fridge in kitchen & deli.

Refrigeration engineers took apart counter top pizza fridge to remove the build up of dirt that was not accessible.

Fixed ladder removed to the right of the walk in fridge allowing for build up of debris to be cleaned. This area has also been added to the weekly cleaning sheet.

Company decision to move away from making our own pate/terrines (christmas lines) and so the vac pac machine onsite is now fully redundant and has been decommissioned.
