The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
The establishment has been fully renovated.
A new management system has been implemented.
The staff have been re-trained and are under revised supervisory arrangements.
The conditions found at the time of the inspections were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because I lost two senior members of staff who were responsible for supervisory of cleaning at the same time as my ill health preventing me from rectifying issues sooner.
